Museum of Selfies Las Vegas is Tons of Fun

Museum of Selfies Las Vegas is a nice surprise amongst the chaos of The Strip.

Most people think of gambling, drinking, shows, and food when they roll into Las Vegas. But there are some alternative attractions that are just as much fun…like the Museum of Selfies! No matter what your age, this museum is a fun way to spend some time while visiting Sin City. The museum has about a dozen set with props that allow visitors to be playful with their photos.

The Sets at the Museum of Selfies Las Vegas

As you work your way through the museum, stop at each set, utilize the props and strike a pose!

The Bathroom: Look as though you’re crawling through the mirror.
The Wings: Classic selfies of yourself with various “wings.”
The Food: Prop yourself up on a giant hamburger or various other food props.
Statue of David: Make a video of yourself “accidentally” knocking over a statue of David.
Twinkling Lights: Surround yourself in a room of multi-colored hanging lights.
Tub of Gold: Take a selfie in a tub of gold. Put on the fur coat and $ hat for a more creative affect.
Ball Pit: Jump in and get buried in yellow emoji squishy balls.
The Sideways Room (my fav!): Look as though you’re “levitating” over a bed on one set. Appear as though you’re standing on your head, climbing the walls, hanging from a door handle on the other set.
The Private Jet/Jackpot: Look like you’re riding on a private jet, drinking champagne, rolling in the dough with a case of casino chips and lots of cash!

Tips and Tools for Visiting the Museum

There are three ways to take selfies at the Museum of Selfies in Las Vegas:

Bring a friend to take photos of each other. Some of the sets are better utilized if you have someone else take the photo, rather than taking a selfie. Sometimes the staff is available to take a quick snapshot for you.
Bring a selfie stick if you’re going it alone. Forgot your stick? They have ones you can use or purchase.
Hire a professional. Choose the VIP package and a professional photographer will walk through the museum with you to capture the best shots. After the shoot, you’ll receive an email to download the images digitally.
