The locally sourced coastal cuisine menu includes items such as Chai Brioche French Toast ($13) or the Farmer’s Market buffet ($33) for breakfast and Chili-Orange Blackened Baja Prawns ($34) or Spinach-Queso Fresco Malfatti Dumplings ($12-$20) for dinner. Other dining options include the Pool Bar, Club InterContinental, and Del Frisco’s Double Eagle Steakhouse, which is located in the building, but is not part of the hotel.
