Euro-Slimming Detox for a bikini body
This relaxing treatment is supposed to diminish the appearance of cellulite, as well as tone and firm the body. The treatment begins with dry brushing the entire body to stimulate the lymphatic system in an effort to release toxins that can hinder weight loss. The treatment also includes effleurage, which is a form of massage involving a circular stroking movement made with the palm of the hand used to warm the muscles. Next, peptides are applied to areas of concern to stimulate collagen production. Finally, Epicuren’s antioxidant-rich Espresso Limo’n oil is applied to the entire body.
Yesotherapy for a bikini body
This treatment seems to be the most effective. The treatment is said to slim and flatten areas such as waist, belly, chest, arms, legs, and rear, as well as make skin tighter and smoother with a visible reduction of cellulite. The process starts off with dry brushing to stimulate the lymphatic system and help release toxins. The target areas are wrapped with bandages soaked in key minerals, proteins, algae and plant enzymes and allowed to harden. During the process, the client is wrapped in a thermal blanket to utilize heat to melt inches. The process takes about an hour and a half. Multiply sessions are recommended for the most dramatic results.
PureSculpt™for a bikini body
This is by far the most invasive and not for the faint of heart, but is a good alternative to going under the knife, plus the recovery time is minimal. This body contouring treatment combines ice, wood-therapies and mineral-infused clay in an effort to break down unwanted fat and activate the lymphatic system. It is best used for butt lift, abs sculpting, waste slimming, love handle reduction, or upper arm or thing contouring. The process includes deep pressure massage, pinching and various wooden tools (such as knobby rollers, cups, and scrapers) used to sculpt the body. The second step in the process involves a rubbing a frozen bar of mineral-infused clay over the entire body, which can induce a burning sensation. The cold activates fat cells to burn in order to raise the body temperature. Watch video.
For at-home slimming therapies, try dry brushing daily and apply your favorite anti-cellulite cream. And lay off the ice cream and donuts!
